Casual office setting in the Vanderbilt/West End area at 115 Twenty-eighth Avenue North near the I-440 interchange (West End exit). Parking on the street and side street (Poston) as well as a few spaces in the rear of the building. Evening and Saturday mornings available by appointment.

Mediation hourly rate: $240.00 ($360.00 per 90 minute session)
Flat-rate fee for uncontested divorce available upon request.

Policies for expenses and payment terms:
- Payment due at time of session (check, cash, MC or Visa)
- Cost of telephone calls for long distance mediation charged to client’s telephone
- Cost of agreement documents paid in advance of preparation
- Retainer required for long distance telephone mediation
